This Charter Arms manufactured smooth black finished receiver is for the AR-7 Explorer semi-auto rifle and is in very good condition with light wear. The receiver does NOT have the side plate (left side) present. Receivers do NOT qualify as a C&R based upon BATFE's guide lines and must be sent to a firearms dealer. (file photos)
